the product looks and feels cheap. It does not feel or look like wool. The latex coating still smells.

Service and delivery comments:

I inquired about a discrepancy between the weight mentioned in an email exchange of 90lbs and the actual weight on the freight bill of 61lbs.I never received an answer. The delivery was two guys dumping it in my hall.
