I am writing to thank CSN Rugs and it's Customer Service Department for a delightful and pleasant shopping experience.
I was hesitant to order a rug online but did so because of your free shipping and easy return policy. The first rug I received, while nice, was not the color I was looking for. The return was simple and my account was credited in a timely process for the return.
I found a second rug I was interested in at CSN but also found the rug $80 cheaper at another internet store. When I called about the price match guarantee, the service rep was friendly and prompt in sending me an email authorizing the 120% price match. WOW! I received the second rug a few days later and it looks and feels fantastic.
I just thought you should be aware of the good work I think you are doing.
I will continue to shop at CSN Rugs and if other CSN stores are as easy to work with as you, I'll shop there too! Keep up the good work!
