This piece is in honor of Mr. Thomas Tompion, a founding member of England’s famed Clockmaker’s Guild of the 1630s. It has rare Carpathian elm burl facing on the door and its case design is accented with golden decoration. Glass sides and a mirrored back reveal the movement of the clock while the brass finished dial offers a silver chapter ring.
