We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Comments about Majestic Rugs Jade Brown Rug:
I use these rugs (I call them 'mats') in the upstairs/office area of my home and love them. They color match nearly perfectly to the red oak flooring up there (slightly lighter), and muffle very nicely the 'clonk' of footsteps. They do not slip yet can be moved easily when so needed. They're clean looking with an Asian design influence, well bound, lie nice and flat and are quite durable so far [...]. If you like the look of natural flooring but want a softer sound and a clean look, these are great, and the price was definitely right - I'd been looking for sisal rugs and was discouraged by the prices in general everywhere I found them, but I'm so glad I came across these instead! [...]
Service and delivery comments:
I ordered 5 rugs total (2 come in a set, and though it's not a problem, I wasn't clear at the time of ordering that the 2'x3' set contained one EACH of the rectangle and oval shape). All but the 8'x10' rug arrived I think 2 days after ordering - much faster than expected, and in fine condition.\n\nI am still waiting on the backordered 8x10' however; I was emailed that there was a 40 day delay for this rug, which was disappointing (and not indicated when I ordered), and have yet to hear of delivery or update. I hope it's soon - I'd like to put this room together for good and be done with it already.
