About Mat the Basics
The company was established in 1942 by LATE HAJI MOHAMMAD AYUB ANSARI, a man of Vision & Commitment. Later on he was assisted by his son HAJI NAIMULLAH ANSARI who took over the charge of the company from his father. Later on, during his time in the company, he explored new markets and was the main person behind the desing team. He introduced hand woven woollen durries of Scandanavian Tase which made MAT a well known name in the market. Now the company deals in wide range of Indian Carpets.
Now MAT is run by professionals, under the leadership of his sons Mr. Shakeel Ansari and Mr. Rasheed Ansari. They are manufacturers, exporters and wholesale suppliers of Handcrafted Carpets from India.
