We had an old but very comfortable, sturdy, wing back chair that we didn't want to give up, hwoever, the colors were not in vogue. By using your slipcover the chair, at a very reasonable cost and minimal work by me, looks new again. Also, our cat, Molly, loves to sleep in the chair too and her fur easily comes off the material.

As a slipcover, the stretch fabric is ideal for easy fit, but the fabric also snags easily and holds pet hair. The color was great as it matches my decor, so that was the main reason I purchased. I also liked that it did not havea skirt to cover the wood legs of the chair. However, the fabric is already snagged in the seat area after just minor use.

I covered a sofa and 2 wing chairs and totally transformed the room described by a friend as a cozy, old-fashioned Christmas. The stretch covers are soft and comfortable, stay in place and fit so much better than the drop-on-top-and-tie covers. They hardly look like covers. The only downside is they get small woollies that won't come off with a lint brush. I've had some luck shaving them off but I'm worried about how long the covers will last with this method. And, I have to mention that OccassionalFurniture.com had the absolute best price and selection by far than any other site selling these covers.
