With quality closely replicating braided rugs made by early American settlers, the stair treads of the Beacon Hill collection are among the finest braided rugs made today. The reversible and durable, flat, true braid fabric consists of 65% virgin wool and 35% nylon and contains no filler. The crafting of these rugs requires manual skill and precision to ensure accurate color design as well as quality braiding and stitching. Every stair tread in the Beacon Hill collection is guaranteed to be commercial-color matched and sewn with the highest quality spun polyester thread for maximum strength.

Recommended Care: We recommend professional cleaning, specifically the steam extraction method for Thorndike Mills braided rugs. Also, for best results use a vacuum with beater bar action up to twice a week.
