Vantage Industries V1 - Steady-Brace Rug Pad
For a rug pad that will provide added safety in your home by keeping area rugs in place, the Steady-Brace non slip rug pad is great for hard surfaces. This non slip rug pad will protect your floors and preserve the life of your rug. This hand washable rug underlay is made of polyester scrim coated with PVC which helps prevent rugs from slipping and makes vacuuming easier. Steady-Brace can be easily trimmed to fit any rug size.

  • It will not stain, discolor or stick to flooring or rugs
  • Non skid rug pad
  • Mold and mildew proof, flame resistant

It will probably stain the linoleum tiles that it covers and it will not last beyond 1-2 years. I don't think it is washable. I had ordered a 3x5 rug and after several extensions on the item availability CSN staff offered a discounted 5x8 version of the same rug. However, the 3x5 rug pad had already been delivered and is a far better quality. Had I known that, I would have ordered the same type rug pad for the 5x8 rug. I am truly disappointed with the sub-standard quality of the 5x8 rug pad and its resulting flaws in use. Thanks for allowing me to comment, and other than the sale of this particular item, I was very satisfied with CSN sales staff.

We thought we were getting a 6ft by 9ft pad but in realty it was less by several inches which was disappointing. The item was advertized in feet but actual product when received was in inches.
